  1. Support the buying team in the selection, purchasing, and distribution of merchandise for the brand.
  2. Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and assist with identifying potential products for the brand.
  3. Work closely with vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely and accurate communication.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for product growth.
  6. Assist with product assortment planning and development based on market trends and customer demand.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of product strategies.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorder or markdowns to optimize sales and profitability.
  9. Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other buying-related documents.
  10. Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of merchandise.
  11. Attend trade shows and buying events to source new products and build relationships with vendors.
  12. Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and pricing strategies.
  13. Assist with budget planning and tracking to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
  14. Participate in product presentations and provide feedback on potential products.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the buying team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Buying, Merchandising, Or Retail Operations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Sales Data And Market Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Vendors And Internal Teams.
