  1. Assist the buying team in selecting and purchasing merchandise for our stores.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and have a strong understanding of the retail industry.
  3. Work closely with the buying team to develop and execute buying strategies.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  5. Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to make informed buying decisions.
  6. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms.
  7. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and visual merchandising to ensure cohesive product assortment.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns.
  9. Review and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Attend trade shows and buying trips to source new products and potential vendors.
  11. Assist in managing the budget and expenses related to buying.
  12. Train and mentor new buyers and buying assistants.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the Tommy Hilfiger brand and its target market.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement in the buying process.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger, representing the company in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
