You will work closely with the Senior Buyer to identify and source the latest fashion trends, negotiate with vendors, and analyze sales data to make informed buying decisions.To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in buying or retail.   1. Support the Senior Buyer in identifying and sourcing the latest fashion trends.
  2. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals and pricing for merchandise.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to make informed buying decisions.
  4. Assist in creating and managing merchandise budgets and forecasts.
  5. Collaborate with the buying team to develop and execute merchandise assortment plans.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  7. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, planning, and marketing.
  8. Attend trade shows and fashion events to gather information on new trends and brands.
  9. Assist in the development of buying strategies and the execution of buying plans.
  10. Coordinate with vendors and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of merchandise.
  11. Participate in product development meetings to provide input on product selection and assortment.
  12. Assist in managing inventory levels and implementing markdown strategies.
  13. Ensure that all merchandise meets quality standards and is in line with the brand's aesthetic.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
  15. Provide support to the Senior Buyer in various buying-related tasks and projects.

Job Qualifications
