Warehouse Supervisor

At Timberland, we are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and providing leadership and direction to the warehouse team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensure efficient running of the facility

• Lead and direct the warehouse team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Monitor inventory levels and the quality of products, and ensure that products are ordered and stored in accordance with company standards

• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure safety and organization

• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure that they are able to carry out their duties efficiently

• Manage the warehouse budget and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Liaise with other departments and ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled correctly

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Monitor the performance of the warehouse team and identify areas for improvement.
