Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the Timberland team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for warehouse personnel.

6. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of warehouse operations.
8. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback on a regular basis.
9. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
