Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join the Timberland team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the warehouse and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to go above and beyond to create a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and safely.
2. Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
4. Train and supervise staff on proper safety and security procedures.
5. Ensure all warehouse equipment and materials are in proper working condition.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
7. Monitor warehouse operations to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
8. Ensure adherence to warehouse policies and regulations.
9. Manage and track warehouse budget.
10. Monitor and maintain high levels of customer service.
