We at Timberland are excited to announce a new role in our Training Department: Retail Training Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our retail stores across the United States. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for training and education, an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to help our teams succeed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of retail training experience, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Above all, we are seeking a creative and energetic individual who is committed to providing an excellent customer experience in our retail stores. Responsibilites:
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail stores across the United States.
- Utilize innovative methods to ensure the success of retail teams.
- Identify and address training needs of retail stores, both in-person and remotely.
- Conduct regular training assessments to evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to training, such as virtual and augmented reality.
- Track and analyze training metrics to measure success of training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide feedback and coaching to retail teams to improve customer experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
