
Retail Training Manager
At Timberland, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Training Manager to join our team and help us elevate the customer experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, learning, and development, as well as a deep understanding of the Timberland brand and its core values. Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in retail training, sales, or customer service• Proven success in developing and delivering retail training programs• Ability to quickly build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement retail training programs for all Timberland team members • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust training programs to meet changing needs • Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement • Provide training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service • Maintain accurate records of training programs and results • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and progress • Develop training materials and resources to support the delivery of effective training • Utilize Microsoft Office to create and manage training documents and resources
