Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, manage, and deliver retail training programs to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Create effective training materials and resources to support retail staff.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and use data to modify training programs.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the efficacy of training programs.
  5. Disseminate best practices and strategies to retail staff.
  6. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  8. Build relationships with external training providers.
  9. Develop and manage the budget for training activities.
  10. Maintain accurate records of training programs and activities.
