
Retail Operations Manager

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Create and maintain a culture of excellence in customer service and store operations.
- Maintain store standards by developing policies and procedures for operations and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock movements.
