Timberland is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as our Retail Operations Manager.As our Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's retail stores. You will be working with store managers to ensure that our stores are successful and efficient. You must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.You should have a passion for retail and a desire to create an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for retail operations.
  2. Monitor and analyze store performance and customer feedback.
  3. Create and maintain budgets and financial records.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering as needed.
  5. Train store managers and other staff on operations and customer service.
  6. Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of new staff.
  7. Develop innovative strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions.
  10. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
