As an experienced Human Resources Manager, you will bring your broad knowledge of HR principles and practices to the Timberland team. You will be an integral part of our organization, providing leadership and support to ensure our HR-related objectives are met. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and strong organizational abilities.We’re looking for a professional who has at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role. Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR team in developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
