
Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team at Timberland and take our HR capabilities to the next level. This key role requires a strong leader who is passionate about developing and implementing best-in-class HR practices that will support the company's continued growth. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a retail environment, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. They should be proactive and have a positive attitude while possessing the ability to multi-task effectively. If you have a genuine passion for developing and implementing HR initiatives that will drive employee engagement and organizational success, this is the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Lead hiring and recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide input to budget development and manage the HR budget.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure team members are provided with the necessary tools and support to achieve success.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
