Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  5. Utilize current technology and computer systems to provide superior customer service.
  6. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  7. Offer product information and advice to customers.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  9. Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  10. Generate reports on customer service performance.
