We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate should have superior communication and problem-solving skills, as well as an upbeat and friendly attitude.The successful candidate for this role should have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry. A strong command of the English language is essential, as well as a demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, order statuses, and other details.
- Utilize customer service software to track and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Monitor customer service data to identify trends in customer inquiries and complaints.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers and colleagues.
