- Develop and implement training programs for staff, clients, and stakeholders on various mental health topics.
- Create engaging and informative content for training materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure training content is accurate and aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Utilize creative and effective communication techniques to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
- Manage and maintain training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for a diverse audience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance training opportunities and resources.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in mental health training and communication methods.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for staff, clients, and stakeholders regarding training and communication initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to training and communication.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training and communication initiatives through various channels.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving training and communication strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Training, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Training And/Or Communications, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Social Services Setting
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Deliver Presentations And Facilitate Group Discussions
Experience With Developing And Implementing Training Programs And Materials, Including Online And In-Person Formats
Knowledge Of Mental Health And Substance Abuse Treatment Services And A Commitment To Promoting Awareness And Understanding Of These Issues.
