- Oversee and manage a team of substance use recovery support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and interventions for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, based on current evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of substance use recovery principles and techniques, and stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
