- Manage and lead a team of mental health professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals in the community.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall functioning and effectiveness of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their professional growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a client-centered approach.
- Oversee the intake process and ensure appropriate assignment of cases to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss client progress, address any challenges, and provide training and education on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team and with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and management, providing updates, recommendations, and feedback on team performance.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of mental health to continuously improve services.
- Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to support the team's operations.
- Lead by example in promoting a stigma-free and supportive environment for individuals with mental health disorders.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
Strong Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Modalities.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Social Work, Psychology, Or Counseling.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Community Mental Health Setting.
