- Lead and supervise a team of mental health professionals to ensure the provision of high-quality care to clients.
- Create and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
- Develop and implement team goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to support professional growth and development.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and trainings to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate and assign caseloads to team members, ensuring equitable distribution and efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions with team members to review cases, address challenges, and provide clinical guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into the team's approach to care.
- Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at community events and meetings.
- Continuously advocate for the needs of clients and the team within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In A Related Field Such As Social Work, Counseling, Or Psychology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Community Mental Health Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Supervise And Support A Team Of Mental Health Professionals.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Interventions For Individuals With Severe Mental Illness.
Ability To Collaborate With Other Community Agencies And Stakeholders To Provide Comprehensive Care For Clients.
