Job Description

Thresholds is searching for a passionate and dedicated Residential Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to individuals in a residential setting with mental health issues, substance abuse, and/or developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing quality services to our clients, have an understanding of mental health issues and disabilities, and be able to work effectively with a team. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, organized, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Residential Support Specialist must be able to work independently and exercise good judgement. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make meaningful change in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to individuals in a residential setting with mental health issues, substance abuse, and/or developmental disabilities.
  2. Ensure quality services are provided to clients.
  3. Understand mental health issues and disabilities.

  5. Be reliable, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
