- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and strategies to continuously improve the services provided by Thresholds.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current services and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to establish quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement processes and techniques.
- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and identify trends, and use this information to make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate and report on quality improvement efforts to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to mental health services and quality improvement.
- Lead and facilitate quality improvement committees and meetings.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to share best practices and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to identify new strategies and techniques for improving services.
- Ensure that all quality improvement efforts are aligned with Thresholds' mission and values.
- Proactively identify and address any potential barriers or challenges to quality improvement efforts.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Improvement Or Healthcare Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Principles And Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Plan-Do-Study-Act (Pdsa) Cycles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Proficiency In Using Relevant Software And Tools.
