  1. Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures for all mental health services offered at Thresholds.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of client files to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  3. Collaborate with clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery.
  5. Train and educate staff on quality assurance standards and procedures.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality care for all clients.
  7. Conduct regular trainings and workshops on best practices in mental health care.
  8. Serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and management to address any concerns or complaints.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities.
  10. Communicate any changes or updates in quality assurance standards to staff and ensure compliance.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes and procedures.
  12. Participate in program evaluation and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in mental health care.
  14. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality care throughout the organization.
  15. Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure they are delivering the highest level of care to clients.
  16. Coordinate with external agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  17. Monitor and manage client satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve services.
  18. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  19. Participate in staff meetings and provide updates on quality assurance activities.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Community Mental Health Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices For Treating Mental Health Disorders.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Team Members And Community Partners.
