Thresholds is looking for an experienced and motivated Peer Engagement Specialist to join our Mobile Crisis Response team. The Peer Engagement Specialist will be an integral part of our team, providing a supportive and compassionate response to individuals in our community experiencing a mental health crisis.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to providing quality support, and experience working with individuals in a crisis situation. The ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions is essential. This position requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.The mobile crisis response team is a collaborative and dynamic team that is dedicated to providing vital support to individuals in need of crisis response services.
