1. Conduct regular and thorough inspections of all Thresholds buildings to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
2. Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work to ensure the functional and aesthetic upkeep of all buildings.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
6. Proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements to prevent future problems.
7. Collaborate with other members of the Facilities team to coordinate and complete larger maintenance projects.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside contractors to ensure all maintenance needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure the safety of all building occupants.
