Intern - Community Support

The Intern - Community Support will be responsible for providing support to our clients in the community through outreach visits, group sessions, and one-on-one meetings. This person must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. The Intern - Community Support will be a key member of our team, offering insight, energy, and enthusiasm to the work we do. Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to clients in the community through outreach visits, group sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
2. Develop an understanding of the mission and goals of Thresholds and effectively communicate to clients.
3. Maintain records of client interactions and progress.
4. Formulate and implement individualized plans for clients.
5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
7. Collaborate with other organizations and community stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
8. Participate in clinical and programmatic meetings.
9. Develop educational materials and activities for clients.
10. Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
