Intake Specialist

Our Intake Specialist will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to potential clients, collecting information, and referring them to appropriate services. Responsibilities of an Intake Specialist:

• Greet and welcome potential clients into Thresholds • Collect and accurately record client information • Listen to client needs and provide appropriate referrals to services • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services • Maintain confidentiality of client data and adhere to HIPAA regulations • Ensure accurate data entry and filing of client records • Monitor and respond to client inquiries promptly • Stay up to date on Thresholds’ services and offerings • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent client service
