Homeless Youth Outreach Worker

Thresholds is seeking a passionate and committed Homeless Youth Outreach Worker to support our mission of providing healing and hope to individuals and families with mental health and substance use challenges. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct outreach to homeless youth, utilizing a trauma-informed approach to provide support, referrals, and access to resources. You will be a key advocate in connecting youth to the appropriate services and resources needed to assist them in meeting their basic needs and achieving stability.To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a strong commitment to the mission of Thresholds, as well as a strong sense of empathy and understanding of the unique needs of homeless youth.
