A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working With Individuals With Mental Illness Or In A Crisis Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To De-Escalate And Manage Potentially Volatile Situations.
Knowledge Of Crisis Intervention Techniques And Ability To Provide Support And Guidance To Individuals In Crisis.
