1. Provide crisis intervention and support services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
2. Assess and prioritize the needs of individuals in crisis and develop appropriate interventions and support plans.
3. Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate crisis situations and promote a sense of safety and calm for clients.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the most comprehensive and effective care for clients.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress towards goals.
