Counselor - Social Worker

At Thresholds, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Counselor-Social Worker who is committed to providing holistic and comprehensive care to our clients. This position requires a person who understands the importance of providing compassionate and caring support to our clients, while also working as part of a larger team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be experienced, motivated, and able to work collaboratively with a variety of team members—including psychiatrists, nurses, and other counselors—to create an effective treatment plan for each individual client.To be considered for this role, you must have a master's degree in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology, and at least two years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in an integrated healthcare setting is highly preferred. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and their families. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using a variety of techniques to address the complex issues our clients face, ranging from cognitive behavior therapy to motivational interviewing.
