Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working With Individuals With Mental Illness Or Substance Abuse Disorders.
Knowledge Of Community Resources And Ability To Connect Clients With Appropriate Services.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Clients, Families, And Other Professionals.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting, While Maintaining A High Level Of Empathy And Compassion For Clients.
