1. Provide support and assistance to clients with severe mental illnesses in their residential settings.
2. Promote the well-being and independence of clients by implementing individualized care plans.
3. Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.
5. Observe and report any changes in clients' behaviors or conditions.
6. Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
7. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
