- Facilitate group discussions and activities that promote wellness and recovery for members of Thresholds.
- Foster a sense of community and create a safe and supportive environment for members to share their experiences.
- Use knowledge of group dynamics to effectively lead and manage group sessions.

- Monitor and track progress of members in group sessions and provide support as needed.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Thresholds and maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Act as an advocate for the organization and promote its mission and services to the community.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of group sessions and member progress.
- Communicate with external agencies and professionals as needed to enhance services for members.
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions with members, staff, and the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Mental Health Or Social Service Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Facilitate Group Discussions And Activities.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Interventions For Individuals With Mental Illness.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Develop Individualized Treatment Plans For Clients.
