Clinical Review Specialist

Thresholds is currently seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Clinical Review Specialist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess the qualifications, knowledge, and experience necessary to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The Clinical Review Specialist will be a passionate professional who is committed to providing our clients with an exceptional experience and will demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic approach.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical care setting. Additionally, this individual should have experience in conducting assessments and utilization reviews, as well as an in-depth understanding of relevant clinical regulations. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Above all, we seek a candidate with a commitment to providing quality care and patient advocacy.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
2. Conduct assessments and utilization reviews
3. Monitor and document patient progress
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
5. Provide patient advocacy throughout the care process
6. Ensure compliance with relevant clinical regulations
7. Analyze and interpret data to inform clinical decisions
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
9. Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
