Building Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and highly organized professional with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of Thresholds' buildings and equipment.This position requires a self-starter with a passion for maintenance and repair work. The successful candidate must have experience in building maintenance, facility operations, and construction, as well as a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all maintenance and repair work for Thresholds' buildings and equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
3. Monitor and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
4. Perform safety inspections and address any potential safety issues.
5. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and clients in a timely manner.
6. Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
7. Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance and repair supplies.
8. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for any additional repair work.
9. Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
10. Monitor and implement safety and environmental regulations.
