1. Assist the Program Director in overseeing all aspects of the organization's mental health programs and services.
2. Collaborate with the Program Director to set and achieve program goals and objectives.
3. Lead and supervise a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
4. Ensure that all programs and services are in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality and effectiveness of our programs.
6. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and reach a wider audience.
8. Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
9. Assist in the development and management of program budgets.
10. Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
11. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to program operations and services.
13. Serve as a liaison between the Program Director and staff members, communicating any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
14. Continuously promote a positive and supportive work culture that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
15. Act as a role model for staff members and clients, demonstrating ethical and professional behavior at all times.
