- Assist the Program Director in overseeing all aspects of the organization's mental health programs and services.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to set and achieve program goals and objectives.
- Lead and supervise a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Ensure that all programs and services are in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality and effectiveness of our programs.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and reach a wider audience.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to program operations and services.
- Serve as a liaison between the Program Director and staff members, communicating any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously promote a positive and supportive work culture that aligns with the organization's mission and values.
- Act as a role model for staff members and clients, demonstrating ethical and professional behavior at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In A Mental Health Setting.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Individuals With Severe Mental Illness.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
