  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply chain.
  2. Implement and monitor vendor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure vendor capabilities align with company objectives.
  4. Conduct regular vendor evaluations and audits to assess compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize cost savings and mitigate risks.
  6. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential new vendors and assess their capabilities.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to vendor management.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and documentation.
  10. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
  11. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to vendor management.
  12. Provide regular reporting and analysis on vendor performance and cost savings to management.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members on vendor management best practices.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient vendor operations.
  15. Represent the company in vendor negotiations and maintain a professional and positive image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management Or Procurement, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Vendor Management Best Practices And Proven Experience In Negotiating Contracts And Managing Vendor Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Such As Sap, And The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
