  1. Develop and implement validation strategies and processes to ensure the accuracy and compliance of company products and processes.
  2. Lead and manage a team of validation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and efficient completion of validation projects.
  3. Create and maintain validation protocols, reports, and other documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure validation activities are integrated into product development and manufacturing processes.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential issues related to product and process validation.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines to ensure the company's validation procedures remain compliant.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory agencies, and customers, to provide updates on validation activities and address any concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to support validation activities.
  9. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Train and mentor team members in validation principles, protocols, and procedures.
  11. Manage validation budgets and ensure projects are completed within allocated resources.
  12. Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and procedures.
  14. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to stay informed on the latest developments in validation practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Validation And Quality Assurance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements, Including Fda And International Guidelines, For Validation Of Pharmaceutical Products.

  • Proven Experience Managing And Leading A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Validation Principles, Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, And Computer System Validation.
