  1. Develop and execute validation protocols for medical devices and pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in products and processes.
  3. Perform testing and analysis of data to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and international standards.
  5. Review and provide input on design documents, change control records, and other relevant documents.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in validation techniques.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product validation.
  8. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all validation activities.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline validation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Communicate validation results to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement or corrective action.
  12. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and third-party vendors to ensure their processes and products meet validation requirements.
  14. Mentor and train junior validation engineers on validation processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Validation, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements Such As Fda, Iso, And Cgmp.

  • Experience With Validation Protocols, Execution, And Documentation.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
