- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Take initiative to identify and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement in training and development processes.
Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of How To Design And Deliver Effective Training Programs That Align With Adult Learning Principles.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Training And Development Co-Op, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Delivering Training Sessions To Employees At All Levels. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.
