Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Support Or A Similar Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware And Software, Including Troubleshooting Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
