  1. Provide technical expertise: As a Technical Sales Specialist for Pharma Analytics, you will be responsible for utilizing your in-depth understanding of analytical technologies to provide technical support to our pharmaceutical customers. This includes staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and being able to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients.
  2. Drive sales: You will play a crucial role in driving sales for our pharmaceutical products by effectively showcasing their technical capabilities and benefits to potential customers. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Build strong relationships: As a TSS, you will be the primary point of contact for our pharmaceutical clients. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain strong relationships with them by providing excellent customer service, understanding their unique needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Understand industry trends: In order to successfully sell our products, you must have a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its current trends. This includes staying updated on market developments, competitive products, and industry regulations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with our product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This includes providing feedback on customer needs and market trends, as well as collaborating on marketing campaigns and product improvements.
  6. Train and educate customers: In addition to providing technical support, you will also be responsible for training and educating our customers on the use and benefits of our products. This includes conducting training sessions, creating educational materials, and being available for technical support.
  7. Achieve sales targets: It will be your responsibility to achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and making adjustments as needed to ensure success.
  8. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific: As a TSS, you will be a representative of Thermo Fisher Scientific. It will be your responsibility to maintain a professional and knowledgeable image at all times

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Technical Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Pharma Analytics And Related Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Along With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Customer Relationship Management.
