  1. Oversee and manage a team of customer site professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  2. Ensure that all team members are providing high-quality customer service and meeting performance targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting trust and loyalty.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to continuously improve customer service processes.

  11. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient operations.
  12. Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency.
  14. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
