Job Description

  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience and drive continuous improvement in customer service processes.
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team dynamic, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address customer needs.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, acting as a point of contact for any escalated issues or concerns.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to identify and implement strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the team's performance and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Technical Expertise: Thermo Fisher Scientific Deals With Complex Scientific And Laboratory Equipment, And A Team Leader Must Have A Strong Technical Background To Oversee The Installation, Maintenance, And Troubleshooting Of These Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Software And Equipment, As Well As The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Team Leader Will Act As A Liaison Between The Customer, The Team, And The Company. Effective Communication Is Critical To Ensure That All Parties Are On The Same Page And Expectations Are Met. This Includes Written, Verbal, And Interpersonal Communication Skills.

  • Time Management And Organization: As A Team Leader, One Must Be Able To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities While Ensuring That All Deadlines And Commitments Are Met.
