  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Customer Service department.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve departmental processes.
  11. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to the company's mission and values.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting as required.
  13. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and strategies.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  15. Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure the team's compliance with them.

Job Qualifications
