  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and timely flow of materials and products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  4. Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
  5. Manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain operations and address any issues or concerns.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain management.
  8. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity of operations.
  9. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support overall business goals.
  12. Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  13. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure supply chain performance.
  14. Proactively identify and address supply chain issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Procurement, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Demand Planning, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Proficient In Using Supply Chain Management Software, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
