Accountable for key performance indicators (availability, LIFR, inventory, order cycle time), initiating corrective action when departmental performance does not meet target or plan. Active participant the SIOP meetings, ensuring a comprehensive plan to balance capacity with the demand signal to drive inventory optimization. Develop Supply Plan to drive availability and logistics efficiency within a multi-region, multi-supplier environment. Partner with Distribution team on a comprehensive stocking strategy that ensures proper space requirements are identified and material flow is defined. This role will be the Supply Chain single point of contact for Plastics for the Biosciences Division and will have a primary focus on ensuring Global product availability by navigating through multi-faceted cross Divisional systems and processes that exist in a highly matrixed organization.
