- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues and provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service delivery.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among team members.
- Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on service operations to senior management.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Service Operations Role, Preferably In The Scientific Or Medical Equipment Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Engineering, Business, Or Operations Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Addressing Performance Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
