- Oversee and manage a team of manufacturing personnel to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality scientific products.

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
Proficiency In Using Manufacturing Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Mes, To Track Production And Analyze Data.
