
Supervisor, Customer Service

- Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
- Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the team's performance.
- Create and maintain reports on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the customer service team.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Supervisory Experience In A Customer Service Or Call Center Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Business Management Or Communication.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing A Team And Meeting Or Exceeding Customer Service Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members.
Knowledge Of Crm Systems And Previous Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Enhance Customer Satisfaction And Efficiency.
